 Fix code wrap for unbroken lines (#23268) (#23293) 
Backport #23268

## The Problem

`overflow-wrap: break-word` doesn't work well for unbroken lines. Use
`overflow-wrap: anywhere` instead, and remove legacy alias `word-wrap`
