c085d6c9ac fix: pass doer's ID for CRUD instance signing (#8304) 
- When doing CRUD actions, the commiter and author are reconstructed and
do not contain the doer's ID. Make sure to pass this ID along so it can
be used to verify the rules of instance signing for CRUD actions.
- Regression of forgejo/forgejo#7693. It seems that previously this
didn't work correctly as it would not care about a empty ID.
- Resolves forgejo/forgejo#8278

 		[GITEA] Allow user to select email for file operations in Web UI 
- Add a dropdown to the web interface for changing files to select which
Email should be used for the commit. It only shows (and verifies) that a
activated mail can be used, while this isn't necessary, it's better to
have this already in place.
- Added integration testing.
- Resolves https://codeberg.org/forgejo/forgejo/issues/281

 		API endpoint for changing/creating/deleting multiple files (#24887) 
This PR creates an API endpoint for creating/updating/deleting multiple
files in one API call similar to the solution provided by
[GitLab](https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/api/commits.html#create-a-commit-with-multiple-files-and-actions).

To archive this, the CreateOrUpdateRepoFile and DeleteRepoFIle functions
in files service are unified into one function supporting multiple files
and actions.

Resolves #14619

 		Introduce path Clean/Join helper functions (#23495) 
Since #23493 has conflicts with latest commits, this PR is my proposal
for fixing #23371

Details are in the comments

And refactor the `modules/options` module, to make it always use
"filepath" to access local files.

Benefits:

* No need to do `util.CleanPath(strings.ReplaceAll(p, "\\", "/"))),
"/")` any more (not only one before)
* The function behaviors are clearly defined

 		Add context cache as a request level cache (#22294) 
To avoid duplicated load of the same data in an HTTP request, we can set
a context cache to do that. i.e. Some pages may load a user from a
database with the same id in different areas on the same page. But the
code is hidden in two different deep logic. How should we share the
user? As a result of this PR, now if both entry functions accept
`context.Context` as the first parameter and we just need to refactor
`GetUserByID` to reuse the user from the context cache. Then it will not
be loaded twice on an HTTP request.

But of course, sometimes we would like to reload an object from the
database, that's why `RemoveContextData` is also exposed.

The core context cache is here. It defines a new context
```go

        lock sync.RWMutex

var cacheContextKey = struct{}{}

func WithCacheContext(ctx context.Context) context.Context {

Then you can use the below 4 methods to read/write/del the data within
the same context.

func RemoveContextData(ctx context.Context, tp, key any)
func GetWithContextCache[T any](ctx context.Context, cacheGroupKey string, cacheTargetID any, f func() (T, error)) (T, error)
```

Then let's take a look at how `system.GetString` implement it.

```go
func GetSetting(ctx context.Context, key string) (string, error) {
	return cache.GetWithContextCache(ctx, contextCacheKey, key, func() (string, error) {
		return cache.GetString(genSettingCacheKey(key), func() (string, error) {
			res, err := GetSettingNoCache(ctx, key)
			if err != nil {
				return "", err
			}
			return res.SettingValue, nil
		})
	})
}
```

First, it will check if context data include the setting object with the
key. If not, it will query from the global cache which may be memory or
a Redis cache. If not, it will get the object from the database. In the
end, if the object gets from the global cache or database, it will be
set into the context cache.

An object stored in the context cache will only be destroyed after the
context disappeared.

 		Propagate context and ensure git commands run in request context (#17868) 
This PR continues the work in #17125 by progressively ensuring that git
commands run within the request context.

This now means that the if there is a git repo already open in the context it will be used instead of reopening it.

* Stop trimming preceding and suffixing spaces from editor filenames

In #5702 it was decided to trim preceding and suffixed spaces aswell as / from
editing file filenames. This was because at this point in time the url-safety of
Gitea was much poorer.

We can now drop this requirement and file editing should work correctly.
