Gergely Nagy	ae0635fd61	Correctly support linguist-documentation=false ... If a documentation file is marked with a `linguist-documentation=false` attribute, include it in language stats. However, make sure that we do *not* include documentation languages as fallback. Added a new test case to exercise the formerly buggy behaviour. Gergely Nagy	ae95db12a1	A new test to exercise linguist-language= ... Rename `repo_lang_stats_test.go` to `linguist_test.go`, and add a new tests that exercises parts of the web UI to ensure that language overrides in `.gitattributes` work when viewing a file source, and in the blame view too.
